Terms of Service

Root of Restoration, Wellness Coaching & Functional Education

These Terms of Service apply to all clients receiving services through Root of Restoration, including monthly subscriptions, month-to-month coaching, and one-time consultation calls.

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Root of Restoration provides educational wellness coaching and functional health guidance. Services are supportive and informational in nature and do not replace medical care. No medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is provided. Clients are responsible for working with licensed healthcare providers for medical needs.

2. Appointments & Session Structure

  • Monthly subscriptions include up to four (4) scheduled sessions per month.

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payment & Subscription Requirement

  • An active subscription or cleared payment is required 5 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Sessions will not proceed if payment has not successfully processed.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and active.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as one of the monthly sessions.

  • Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or cancellations due to payment issues are considered used sessions.

  • This policy applies to subscription, month-to-month, and one-time sessions.

5. Late Arrival & Missed Sessions

  • Clients are expected to join or answer the call on time.

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.

  • If the client joins within the grace period, the session time will be reduced accordingly.

  • Failure to join within 10 minutes will result in the session being marked as completed.

6. Lab Review & Session Preparation

  • Any lab results or documents requiring review must be emailed to
    rootofrestoration@gmail.com.

  • Labs must be submitted at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled session, or 24 hours in advance when possible, to allow adequate review.

  • Labs submitted late may not be reviewed during the session and may require a follow-up appointment.

7. Communication Boundaries

  • Reasonable communication between sessions is included as part of services provided.

  • This may include brief messages for clarification of session summaries, questions regarding recommendations, tolerance concerns, or potential reactions (such as sensitivities or allergies).

  • Communication between sessions is intended to be concise and supportive, not a substitute for a full coaching session.

  • Ongoing, lengthy, or daily back-and-forth conversations that require in-depth review, troubleshooting, or coaching may require an additional scheduled session.

  • Frequency and response time may vary based on availability and clinical discretion.

8. Individual Results, Consistency & Care

  • Individual results may vary and depend on multiple factors, including consistency, compliance with recommendations, lifestyle habits, stress levels, and individual physiology.

  • Client progress is closely tied to active participation, consistency, and follow-through with guidance provided.

  • Root of Restoration services are intended to support and complement, not replace, care from a licensed medical provider.

  • Clients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary care physician and/or relevant healthcare providers, especially for diagnosis, medication management, and medical decision-making.

  • No specific outcomes, timelines, or results are guaranteed.

9. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • In limited circumstances, session credits or adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of the FMC.

  • Any exceptions are not guaranteed and do not establish precedent for future sessions or billing periods.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Scheduling sessions within their plan

  • Ensuring timely payment

  • Submitting required materials on time

  • Being present and punctual for scheduled sessions

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not override these Terms. By purchasing or scheduling services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
