Upon subscribing, members receive immediate access to digital educational materials, including an e-book, and are granted reserved access to coaching availability and ongoing support for the duration of their billing cycle. This subscription holds a dedicated spot in my schedule and program structure, ensuring continuity of care and availability without the need to reapply or wait for an opening.
Because digital content is delivered immediately and a spot is reserved upon enrollment, refunds are not available once the subscription begins.
Canceling before the renewal date allows you to step away without losing your place mid-cycle, while also ensuring fairness to other clients seeking availability.
Any FM coaching sessions, consultations, or support provided as part of the subscription are considered delivered services and are non-refundable once completed or scheduled.
Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or extra call sessions.
