Refund & Cancellation

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions, Coaching & Digital Access)

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized wellness services, all subscription payments are non-refundable.


Upon subscribing, members receive immediate access to digital educational materials, including an e-book, and are granted reserved access to coaching availability and ongoing support for the duration of their billing cycle. This subscription holds a dedicated spot in my schedule and program structure, ensuring continuity of care and availability without the need to reapply or wait for an opening.


Because digital content is delivered immediately and a spot is reserved upon enrollment, refunds are not available once the subscription begins.



Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before the end of the current billing cycle to prevent being charged for the following month.

  • Cancellation stops future charges only
     
  • The current billing period remains active through its full term
     
  • Reserved access and materials remain available until the billing cycle ends
     
  • No refunds are issued for the current month once access and spot reservation have been granted
     

Canceling before the renewal date allows you to step away without losing your place mid-cycle, while also ensuring fairness to other clients seeking availability.


Appointments & Services

Any FM coaching sessions, consultations, or support provided as part of the subscription are considered delivered services and are non-refundable once completed or scheduled.


Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or extra call sessions.

If you believe there has been a billing error or technical issue, please contact rootofrestoration@gmail.com for review.





 

Refund & Return Policy (Physical Products & Shipping)

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event that an issue occurs during transit, the following policy applies.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rootofrestoration@gmail.com.


To help us resolve the issue promptly, we ask that you provide:


  • Clear photos of the damaged product
     
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (box, padding, labels if visible)
     

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution at our discretion, which may include:


  • Sending a replacement product, or
     
  • Issuing a refund if a replacement is not available
     

In most cases, we prefer to send a replacement to ensure you receive your product.
